The grounds have everything from vistas over a paddy field, a swimming pool where you might encounter a peacock, to a jungle where elephants are known to roam occasionally. The rooms are intimate and comfortable with open-air showers perfect for enjoying the stars on a clear night. The food - particularly the Sri Lankan dishes - are phenomenal. There's a great pool and a really good restaurant — dinners were absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Il faut évidemment aimer la nature et le calme pour venir ici. C’est une expérience différente mais pas désagréable. Les chambres sont grandes et la salle de bain présente la particularité de ne pas être couverte, c’est un peu bizarre au début mais finalement pas désagréable. Il manque sans doute un peu de rangements dans la chambre. La nourriture est excellente les petits déjeuners aussi, servis dans une grande pièce à claire voie très agréable avec vue sur un étang où les buffles d’eau viennent se rafraîchir devant le regard des paons qui sont les seuls à rompre la tranquillité du lieu. Une jolie piscine en pleine nature où vous croiserez peut être comme cela nous est arrivé un varan qui a eu aussi peur que nous. Le lieu est très paisible et très agréable. Le soir les deux menus proposés étaient bons. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Parfait avec deux adolescents les chambres sont séparées par un pièce commune. Douches et toilettes extérieures accolées à la chambre ouvertes sur l’extérieur. Très beau séjour pour démarrer nos aventures au Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.
